This collection was established twenty years ago. Previously,
before l graduated at engineering College, l was restoring
motorcycles of other manufacturers such as "JAWA", "CZ",
"ARDIE" etc. These bikes were available very cheaply at
that
tirne, namely for a price that could be compared with today's
cost of one gallon of petrol. After that short period I decided
to
become a well known collector of one famous motorcycle
manufacturer from the past. I was offered "MOTO GUZZI",
"VICTORIA" and "RALEIGH" motorcycles. The last
name, which
nobody could pronounce properly, become my life later on.
I had a chance to develop technical skills while helping more
experienced collectors at the aircraft factory where I was working
during my early collecting days. l was given valuable Information
about collecting and restoring different motorcycles by my
collegues. At present I'am running my own business related to
special locksmiths and mechanical engineering manufacture.
I can offer manufacturing and delivery of different motorcycle
spare parts and special orders. I have been a member of the
British "RALEIGH CLUB" for over twenty years. The world
famous
"RALEIGH MOTORCYCLES" was manufacturing pedal cycles
and motorcycles from the early days of the 20th century. Starting
after the First World War, with single and twin cylinder models
175 - 800 ccm, they ended production of motorcycles in the early
1930's. followed by bicycles, up until the present day.
